Crystal joined ThreeSixty in 2012 and has become an invaluable part of the team. As a graphic designer, Crystal primarily works on the front end of websites using HTML and CSS. She has a passion for creating engaging and dynamic web layouts, often transforming static Adobe XD or Photoshop mockups into interactive and visually appealing sites. Crystal's dedication to the core value of "All On One Team" shines through in her commitment to supporting her colleagues. She understands the importance of collaboration and is always ready to assist her team, taking on tasks as if they were her own to ensure collective success.
Crystal's journey into design began in college, where she was deeply involved in creating her college's yearbook, even having several of her images published. This experience led her to work for a small pop culture magazine, where she designed page layouts and gained her first taste of professional design work. Her move to ThreeSixty allowed her to hone her web design skills, particularly in CSS and HTML, areas she was eager to master.
Crystal holds a BFA in graphic design from Daemen and takes great pride in the creative freedom she enjoys at ThreeSixty. She finds joy in building entire websites from just a logo, carefully selecting fonts, images, and calls-to-action to craft a professional and cohesive web presence for clients. Crystal's professional philosophy is rooted in treating each client project as if it were her own business, giving special care and attention to support small businesses and help local families thrive.
