Jason Ortiz holds the core value of "All On One Team" closest to his heart. For Jason, teamwork is the backbone of success. He believes that every achievement and challenge is shared equally among the team, making collective effort and unity essential to the company’s triumphs.
Joining ThreeSixty in 2007 when the company was just a small team of four, Jason began as a developer and has worn many hats over the years, acquiring a diverse skill set that has propelled him to his current leadership role. He appreciates the flexibility and the voice he has in the company's direction, which has been a key motivator in his long tenure.
Jason holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the State University at Buffalo. His expertise lies in solving complex problems, developing innovative software solutions, and, humorously, "looking good." Passionate about his career, Jason finds immense satisfaction in solving problems and creating new things. Outside of work, he is committed to teaching self-defense and runs a kids' self-defense program, sharing his knowledge and skills with the community.
