He began in support and content population, teaching himself HTML and CSS, which proved invaluable in his roles. His expertise spans across various departments, including digital marketing, before stepping up as a project manager. His in-depth knowledge and experience make him a go-to person for colleagues seeking guidance.
Jordan is the linchpin between clients and his team, meticulously building and managing project plans and service requests. His role as a liaison ensures seamless communication and project execution. He thrives on the constant evolution and improvements within the industry, finding joy in the new capabilities of the web and its ever-expanding horizons.
A graduate of Buffalo State College, Jordan's expertise in problem-solving is his "bread and butter." This skill was honed during his support days and remains a crucial part of his current responsibilities. His dedication and excellence have earned him multiple "Superstar of the Month/Year" awards, reflecting his valuable contributions to the team.
Outside of work, Jordan has a large sports and toy memorabilia collection, enjoys playing hockey, and has recently discovered a liking for Macs. His journey from intern to Senior Project Manager at ThreeSixty is a testament to his dedication and the value he brings to the company.
