For Matthew Cupka, ensuring customer satisfaction is paramount, making his most important core value at ThreeSixty is "Customers See Smiles." Starting as a web designer, project manager, and digital marketer, he found his true calling in customer service.

Joining ThreeSixty in 2020 was a dream come true for Matthew, having always regarded the company as the best web design firm in Buffalo. At ThreeSixty, he provides tech support for customers using their CMS systems, conducts client CMS training, and handles various other tasks as needed. His expertise in customer service, graphic design, and web development ensures he delivers exceptional support and creative solutions.

A Canisius College graduate with a major in English, Matthew designed the first websites for local organizations like Erie County, NFTA, and Ciminelli Development, highlighting his significant contributions to the industry.

In his personal time, Matthew indulges in creating sci-fi art and runs his own Star Trek blog, trekproblems.com. He defines success in his role as maintaining happy and satisfied customers in every interaction, believing that "our relationships with customers are ongoing and often very long term."
